A pocket of my life

In my first post for this I said that I would revisit and it didn't take me long to do so. Yesterday we surprised Lilly with a trip to see SIX the musical in brighton, this was our second trip to this theatre to see this show and i forgot how beautiful it is. This time we booked the front row seats on the secon circle, these seats were brilliant and the view was perfect, but I would advise that the leg room isn't the best if you are tall. When enterting the theatre you are greeted by the merch stall with all kinds of treats from pins and t-shirts to crowns and charms, the box office is the other side when they can advise for anything, you can also request a physical tickets if you like at the cost of £2 per ticket, perfect for those who like the memory. A couple of days ago we took a trip to Brighton to see SIX the musical on tour in the Theatre Royal, we were seated in the gallery, right at the top of the theatre, the view was limited but we still managed to see a lot of the show. SIX the musical is a show based around the six wives of Henry VIII, it's a modern way of telling their stories with an all female cast. The concept of the show is that each queen competes for who's story with Henry was the worst in a concert style until they all realise there common ground. The songs are very powerful to each character and are fact checked, the backing is created by four female musicians called the ladies in waiting. The show itself is very fast moving, vibrant and full of laughs and sass, it really is a fun show that makes you feel uplifted and brings history to life.
