A pocket of my life

So this is a little different to what I have written about before but I feel like I need to share my experience to you all as I am surprised. I feel like I need to make more of a change with how much we throw away and one thing that is a constant thing is panty liners. These are something that I use since being a Mum as my bladder isn't quite as strong as it used to be, I wanted to make a change so had a look on etsy and came across a shop called  FollowTheHem  which sells a huge amount of different things including reusable cotton panty liners. I was a little bit worried about how they would feel and if they would stay in place, I was also a little worried about how they would wash just because I have never tried anything like this before. Ever tried making your own lip balm? we hadn't until the other day but would certainly consider making again, we had been sent a lip balm kit to try out and Lils was made up with it. The sent Lils picked was sweet orange, it literally smells like you are peeling oranges and make you want to eat it. The kits comes with everything weighed out and the instructions are so simple to follow.  The whole process of melting, transferring the melted wax to the tins and putting the stickers on took around 20 minutes so its nice a quick for something to do. It was easy enough for Lils to do 95% of it with me supervising.
