Air fryer roast potatoes

Image
We have recently got an air fryer and so far I am in love with it. One of the first things that I tried to cook was roast potatoes and they were honestly the best roasts I have ever tasted and so easy to create too. You will need: 4 medium Potatoes 2 tbsp oil Salt and pepper Method 1. Peel and cut you potatoes in to half and half again. 2. Par boil you potatoes for 10-15 mins, when draining give them a shake to fluff the edges up. 3. Leave to steam for a few. 4. Coat your potatoes in the oil and toss until covered, add the salt and pepper and toss again 5. Place in your air fryer on 200°c for 25-30 mins until golden brown. 6. Serve. These have honestly so tasty and have come out perfect every time we have tried them, still fluffy inside with a nice outer costing.  You could add some herbs such a rosemary to add even more flavour, perfect for a roast. Add your dried fruit and extra and mix well 4. allow the chocolate mixture to cool slightly before combing all your ingredients 5. smooth your mixture out in a lined tin and allow to se...
