Taking our indoor cat outside with stimulicat | Gifted

Image
This post contains an affiliate link Since moving from a flat to a house we have been slowly introducing Jack to the outside world, this is not something that we have taken lightly and are trying to keep him safe whilst learning how to be confident and happy outside. We have been trying out this new harness from  Stimulicat  and are impress so far. The harness itself comes in many different colours and sizes suiting all cats, we went for orange with it being a contast to his fur colour. the sizing is easy to work out, Jack in around 5kg which means that we use a size small harness. The harness itself has a velcro farstening, a safety lock and the lead links through two loops on each side of the fastenings, this to me feels safe and secure yet comfy for Jack. The harness fits nicely around him and doesn't feel like it restricts him at all, and he moves freely with it on around the garden. All in all I am very happy with the harness and will contiue to use this for m...

Ecostash storage | AdGifted

Image
These last couple of years I have become more and more aware of how much plastic we use as a family and I am determined to change it and make our family more environmentally conscious, so when ecostash emailed about there wheat straw storage, I was above happy. Ecostash have created different file storage solutions in different size and colour to fit everyone, and all made from agricultural waste, meaning that no plastic has been added to the environment. I chose a green colour, a have got the 12 pocket organiser. This is perfect for our family and I have been able to store all the paperwork I need with lots of space for more. The accordion style to the storage means that you can close it up quite small for a cupboard or use in a filing cabinet too. There are others colours and designs to pick from, you can either choose pink, blue, yellow, green or purple and size wise of 12 pocket, with or without lid, or hangers for a filing cabinet and 26 pocket ones to, meaning that there's ...

Changing it up with Zinff glasses #AdGifted

Image
A few months back I was kindly gifted some glasses from Zinff which are an online shop for glasses for both prescription glasses and non prescription. I have worn glasses for as long as I can remember and have always played it safe when choosing a style so when I was invited to try a pair I went for something that I would not normally go for. I decided to go for the Zoey frames which are a large square style that are pink tinted, these retail at $32 for the frames, you can then add the details of you prescription and add different options for your lenses such as blue light blocking and making the lenses at a small extra cost.  The company were great from the start and my glasses were delivered within 2 weeks of ordering them, they come with a cardboard box style case and a lens cloth too. The glasses are comfy and feel very well made. They also do luckily suit me and I like to have the option of a different look when I feel like it. If you are interested i...

CockTAILS with friends | TAILS cocktails #AdGifted (18+)

Image
Cocktails made easy, that's what I can say about tails cocktails. They are ready made cocktails waiting for you all to enjoy. I was kindly gifted two bottles of Tails cocktails from TRND and I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty and easy they make a treat night. In the parcel I received a Passion fruit martini cocktail, a Espresso martini cocktail and a cocktail shaker.  I firstly tried the passion fruit martini one as that flavour is more my style and I was made up with the flavour of it, the fruitiness was just right but you could also taste the alcohol, this was not overpowering which I am glad about. It was very refreshing and perfect for a summers evening with friends. I have also tried the espresso martini version, I was a little more reluctant to try this as I was worried it would be bitter but I was pleasantly surprised, It was quite nice but could have done with being a little sweeter for my liking, this one you could not taste the alcohol at all.  I wou...

Self care with Estrid razors #AdGifted

Image
Being a Mum I don't have a lot of time for self care but when I do make time I make sure I go all out, face mask, bath bomb and freshly shaved legs too. It really does make you feel like a new person and can take your cares away even for a little while. I was recently reached out to by Estrid who create vegan friendly, reusable razors designed for both men and women that come in 5 different colours. The razor blades can come through a subscription basis for the blades which you can customize to your preferences.  I took an evening to myself to relax and feel more human, I ran myself a bath and used a bath bomb too, had a face mask and shaved my legs using the Estrid razor. I then just chilled for the next half an hour just listening to music and occasionally flicking through Instagram.  I am personally made up with this razor and was so impressed with how it left my legs feeling, the coating on the outside of the blades lets the razor glide along the sk...

Our #Momcosy penguin white noise machine #ADGifted

Image
Back when Olivia was a few months old we were offered a chance to review this Momcozy penguin white noise machine. I jumped at the chance as Olivia has not been the best sleeper at all. When we received the product I was made up with how many different sounds and songs were on the machine. It comes with 15 different sounds, these include lullabies, white noise and womb noises, and which has 7 different levels of volume. The night light is stars and the moon which slowly transition between 3 different colours, this has 3 levels of brightness and the penguin also has a timer so you can set it to turn off after your baby has settled. The penguin of soft and cute with a velcro strap so you can hang it on the cot. The penguin is rechargeable and that us so easy to do, the sound/light box removes so easily and then you charge with a plug, it takes 3 hours to charge for 12 hours of play on full volume/light.  We no longer use this as Olivia has outgrown but I am ma...
